Coconut and Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie 340 g

Really nice, relatively ‘clean’ product with a scent that doesn’t overpower. I use it to accentuate my son’s twist outs (type 4b hair) and they turn out nicely. Don’t need to use much product so this is going to last.

This smells amazing and really works well in my daughter's mixed hair.

I have tried so many different curling creams and curl definers since my transition 1 year ago and I have to say this is the best I've used.First off, it doesn't leave my hair with white residue after it has dried, it doesn't dry out my hair and my hair does not feel stiff after drying. It's not oily which is great.I love it. It keeps my hair well moisturised and my curls are popping. I have very dry 4c hair which soaks moisture very quickly. I prefer to use it when my hair is slightly damp or on dry hair. It works best for me that way. I don't like using it when my hair is very wet as I don't get the same curl results.Product soaks in very well into the hair and with one use 3 days late my hair is still moisturised. I also use satin bonnet for bed which is great too.The fragrance is not too bad but my daughter says it's too strong but I don't find it but it does smell lovely.I would definitely recommend this product.

No words can express how good this product is. My hair used to be super frizzy , so I would straighten it because it looked neither nicely curly nor straight. I’ve tried multiple products and gels, but this one is by far the best I’ve ever used.I apply it to wet hair and dry it with a diffuser on a low setting, and now everyone keeps asking me if I’ve had a perm. It’s absolutely a miracle.I’m also using it together with the leave-in mask from the same brand.Highly recommended!

I received the wrong product in the post yesterday which is why I've given it lower stars. As you can see the kids curling butter cream has the wrong label on it. However, previously I have used the the curl enhancing smoothie and it works fine on my curls - im middle eastern so I have 2a,3c,3b curls. It provides it with more definition and I also scrunch in some curly styling gel to provide my curls with a bit more hold.

Ho aspettato alcune settimane prima di recensire questo prodotto perché lo volevo provare bene e con i giusti tempi.La confezione è il barattolo stesso, più l'imballaggio del corriere ovviamente, la spedizione con prime sempre ottima.La prima cosa che ho fatto quando ho aperto la maschera è stata sentirne il profumo, avevo paura avesse un odore troppo particolare, classico nei prodotti bio e naturali, invece è stata la prima cosa che mi ha stupito, profumo fantastico fresco, delicato ma fruttato allo stesso tempo, potrebbe preoccupare un po' a chi non piace i profumi quasi "stucchevoli" ma garantisco che poi, una volta sui capelli, si percepirà appena (nel mio caso purtroppo, perché vorrei si sentisse qualcosina di più).Pravato il giorno stesso della consegna, essendo un balsamo/maschera senza risciacquo ho lavato i capelli solo con lo shampoo, li ho tamponati leggermente ed alla fine ho passato il prodotto tra i capelli, risultato: sebbene i capelli fossero meno crespi erano però troppo "impaccati" come se ci fosse troppo prodotto e così era - premetto che nelle varie recensioni qui e nei blog, sia italiani che americani, quando ho letto "basta pochissimo prodotto" non ci ho creduto tanto perché ho tantissimi capelli, spessi, di un riccio morbido e con una lunghezza che va oltre metà della schiena, quindi sono sempre stata abituata ad usare, soprattutto nello styling e nella fase di nutrimento, tantissimo prodotto.... Ora mi devo ricredere-Ne basta davvero poco, con la seconda prova mi sono inumidita anche un po' le mani, ho prelevato solo una noce di prodotto che ho lavorato prima di passare sui capelli, risultato: INCREDIBILE! Per la prima volta in vita mia i capelli erano definiti al punto giusto, senza effetto crespo, morbidi, leggerissimi e tutto questo per più di due/tre giorni!Penso davvero di aver trovato il mio prodotto perfetto, piano, piano proverò anche le altre linee.Il prezzo è alto rispetto lo standard ma la quantità é molta e considerando che l'uso, a volta, è minimo, la durata sarà infinita... First off I would like to say... I LOVE THE SMELL!!!!!This product is amazing. I am African American with a 4b/4c hair texture and I use this product when using the L.O.C Method (Liquid/Oil/Cream). My hair is very dry and short (due to me cutting off my permed/ damaged hair); I am also going natural so I needed a good cream to moisturize my hair. Shea Moisture is everywhere and I hear a lot of good things about this product and brand so I thought, let me give it a try. I used this product as my cream and I let it sit on my hair over night; I first wash and air dry my hair and then use the LOC Method. I apply a liquid (water and/or my leave in conditioner) then a natural oil (I use coconut oil), then the cream (Shea Moisture Curl Enhance). After all of that I do twist on my hair and then I wrap my hair in a scarf and go to bed. When I woke up my hair was very curly (once I removed the twists). It was very curly and my hair felt really soft. I will be using this product often. In the morning I use this product with coconut oil as coating to continue to moisturize my hair. It smells really good and you can even use it alone if you don't like too much product. A little goes a long way. Just a quarter worth is enough to coat my whole head; however, if your hair is longer you might use more (at most a 2 dollar coins worth). Its really good and I totally recommend it for anyone going natural with dry hair (4a/4b/4c). It's really worth it and I notice change to my hair after 2 uses.I hope you like this product! I will be using this product again; however, I believe its cheaper in stores... like 4$ cheaper.... so I might be buying this product from there for now on lol
