How much of the 400mg is mag glyicnate and how much mag oxide please?

As mentioned by a previous answer. I contacted Solgar and they confirmed it is a 68% / 32% split. This seems common in other brands advertised as chelated or bisglycinate though. The chelation is to help absorption but there are many forms of magnesium.

Have they changed the size of the tablets or are they still huge? (Just to confirm, thanks.)

Could someone confirm if it is safe to crush them? I find them too big to swallow.

How many mg's per tablet of magnesium?

I have used Solgar Chelated Magnesium for some years, and there is 100mg per tablet as it states on the bottle 4 tablets provide 400mg. Hope that is helpful.
