Highly Recommended
This made me a fan of Lodge cast iron pans. Steaks and other meat come out perfectly (skills required ๐ ), and it brings the extra flavour a foodie is looking for. I do not enjoy steaks in restaurants anymore... Perfect size for a single person, but I will be purchasing a bigger size at some point for entertaining guests. Follow the cleaning regime and it will outlive you. Just make sure you know how to cook with cast iron as the additional skills / effort is worth understanding first... Do not let that intimidate you though as I am in no way a confident chef, but I understood what I was committing to prior to purchasing. Cast iron is not for everyone though.

The sides slope more than I thought, so the actual useable base size is less than I had hoped - wish Iโd gone for next size up. Good little pan though.

Not non-stick. Waste of money
Very disappointed in this pan as, from day one, everything stuck to it. I have followed the instructions but it is useless as a non-stick pan.

Love this 8 in. Cast Iron Pan
I love this small cast iron pan. Great size for 1 or 2 people. I baked Potatoes Anna (in my countertop oven) using parchment paper on the bottom and the 3 potatoes were golden brown on the top and bottom. I barely had to wipe it clean. I love the two side handles. Please note that the 8 in. diameter is the top measurement not including the handles and the inside bottom cooking area is approx. 6 inches. Love it !

Beautiful pan..I use it everyday now. It's small but perfect for eggs or deep frying without using too much oil

A good kadai style pan from lodge
Good size. Not very heavy. Useful for a small family though. Quality is excellent as expected of the brand. Best for dry veg preps or shallow frying.

Muy util para freir tortilla de maiz.
Lo uso exclusivamente para freir toetillas (tacos, chilaquiles) No la uso para otras cosas pues tengo loza mas adecuada para esas otras comidas.
