Yes mine did. Bought multiple times.

I guess it does like everything else. But don't worry.Once you use it, it won't be around long. I love it

I don't think it does. But I've been using the product for over a year and I have never had a container be dried out when I opened it nor has it gone dry during the time I've used it. Hope that helps.
