this is a great product. As i have heart disease i am on a lot of diuretics, which can make me sore-peeing all the time! plus one of my tablets can actually cause thrush. I decided to take preventative action, and use this product occasionally, when necessary. I don't get thrush, but sometimes get a cabbagey smell from Down Under.I find it quite painful to put the syringe in to me (hard plastic) so i squirt it on to the bathroom basin side and put it in with a finger. Thus way, one syringe can last quite a long time.

I’ve always used gels thinking they’d be easy, but this one can be a bit messy. I find it best to use a panty liner and apply it while lying in bed. Just be prepared—you can’t really move around much afterward or get up right away, so plan accordingly! I also keep wipes handy for my hands and a bin nearby for easy cleanup. Despite that, it works well for my BV symptoms and is convenient when I don’t want to go to the shop. I do think it is value of money as no need for antibiotics for BV all the time.

Better than the pessaries as they are impossible to insert especially when they’ve melted. However, this one did sting a little. They did fix the problem with one application
