Nature's Bounty Biotin Supplement, Supports Healthy Hair, Skin, and Nails, 5000mcg, 72 Tablets

I have bought this product before. Small capsules, easy to swallow. I am happy with the biotin content as 5,000mcg seems to be the standard dose to get any results, anything less just does not work. I am not happy with the other contents. Soybean oil - no doubt this is GM rubbish as the product does not boast GM free. Titanium dioxide color (american spelling)- I could not care less what colour it is, but titanium is a metal, a carcinogenic one at that. OK, the titanium level may be so microscopic that it does not count, but as I am about to reorder biotin I will now try another brand with healthier additives or no additives at all.

great for nails and hair just make sure you drink plenty of water otherwise spots appear

this product works. For external use I mixed it with aloe vera gel and apply it twice a day after washing my face. I have used it only for a week and can already see that my lashes are thicker and longer.
