lovely item in itself, but just didn't feel stable enough to plonk a big pillar candle on. so bought a different one with the usual spike on.

These candle holders are just dandy. They can hold any type of candle, and they have a wide enough circumference to hold fairly large candles, but at the same time the product doesn't take up too much space. They're a bit slippy on the bottom, so just take care if you're moving a lit candle along a surface, but these are great candle holders
