I have to be really honest here, when buying these I was a little sceptical beforehand, however....... they have been a real god-send!I by nature am a stress-head! My job is stressful the travelling around the country and continent, to and from sites is stressful, going home to 5 kids is stressful, then you have everything else that life likes to throw our way! It's just all get's too much sometimes. I'm sure we can all agree!My Wife and Kids were constantly saying, you need to learn to relax, you need to chill out! Believe me I try, but when you've spun the engine up (so to speak) you find it hard to wind-down. Anyway I was looking around for something non-toxic to give me a bit of a "chillax" type of mood!So I came across these little gems, I read through the other reviews and thought, 'okay let's see what they can do'. I've had them now for just over a month. I actually take 2 per-day, and I fell A LOT different. I'm not stressing out, I've not got that anxious feeling, I don't worry about missing flights, trains, taxis, appointment's - I just get up, get ready an hit the day! I feel a millions times better and I sleep! Which is something I was struggling to do. I would often spend one to two hours tossing and turning before I went to sleep an I'd wake up a couple of times each night - not any-more!I take one in the morning with my breakfast, and then one with my evening meal! I find this is enough now, I did take the recommended dose for the first week though, and that really, really relaxed me! I only take two now as I feel they have done such a good job in helping me to relax and focus, I feel that's enough. I can defiantly tell when I've not had them, should I forget one morning! They are that good.So, long story short, if you relate to me and feel like your brain is constantly racing with thoughts, morning, noon and night, *please* get these they are absolutely brilliant. I feel like a different person, so chilled and relaxed now - I can enjoy things more :) !!

After suffering from stress and anxiety for a year due to work and personal problems I was very excited to try this, especially as I had read all the rave reviews on Amazon. Having taken the tablets now for nearly month I'm disappointed to say that it hasn't worked for me at all, I tried taking three tablets at meal times but nope, still felt awful, still had sleepless nights. So I tried taking three tablets before bedtime along with hot milk, a warm bath, cutting out sugar/alcohol/caffeine/afternoon naps and exposure to electronics such as my iPad before bed but nope, still only barely managing 4 hours a night even when I'm completely exhausted and desperate for some sleep! I noticed that a few people had put in a certain phrase with their reviews and it would seem that if they do this then the the company gives them a month's supply free so make of that what you will. I thought it was expensive but I was happy to pay nearly £40 for a month's supply as I genuinely hoped and believed I would gain some benefit from it but instead all I have is an upset stomach, no sleep and an empty wallet!!! I'm doing this review to give an honest opinion and I honestly think it's a rip off, I'm not putting in the phrase that's asked for as I don't want another bottle, not even a free one as it simply does not work in my experience.

After several months of dithering and reading the excellent reviews for this product, I decided to buy it today. I have been struggling with GAD with mild hypertension since 2011 and have refused to take any antidepressants though I take a daily calcium blocker for the hypertension. My GP through mutual agreement referred me to CBT and that has helped with channelling my random thoughts, however I still struggle with physical and random pains associated with depression despite changing my diet and exercising daily for 30mins daily. When I noticed the tremendous positive reviews for this product I decided to try it as I was already taking all the B vitamins, L- theanine and chamomile as stand alone supplements and the B2 stopped my daily headaches instantly so I assumed that in combination with the other ingredients in Zenphorol it should work well.However, today I took just one tablet of the Zenphorol and I immediately noticed a kind of calmness and peace that I last experienced in 2010... 1 hour later I was beset with a very aggressive headache and low grade fever. I am not sure why I have experienced this sort of reaction with a supposedly perfect herbal combination.

As a long term suffer of general anxiety and general disregard from my gp to empathise with my situation. I began to look for natural remedies. Without a doubt, i feel happier, more outgoing, like the cloud has lifted. One tablet in morning then one before bed. Feel calmer and able to concentrate on conversations rather than distractions. Only grumble. The price! But if the feeling continues, well worth it!

Going through a stressful time, I had high hopes that these tablets would help. Unfortunately nothing could be farther from the truth. These tablets most certainly did not suit me and actually made me feel quite ill; I felt sick, my legs were shaking and I felt very unwell. I didn't take them again for a few days but when I did, I had exactly the same reaction. At this price I would like to have taken advantage of the money back offer but I couldn't find it. Disappointed that I spent so much money for nothing in return. The tablets may be great for you but for me they definitey made me feel quite I'll.However I do have nothing but praise for the company. Immediately on reading my review they got in touch with me and refunded my purchase. The tablets didn't suit me but you have nothing to lose by giving them a go. A refreshing change to deal with such a professional company.
