This is a light weight touch with a powerfull light, you have two options of a narrow concentrated light or a larger wider span light. Both are good and allow you to see where you are walking with ease. There is a hook so you can hang it ,if you need to work hands free in a dark enviroment, and a magnetic base to allow for stability it you again need to work hands free.Some may find it a little bulky, but as I said it's not heavy and can fit in a medium to large pocket.3 batteries to operate, and you get a good amount of life span out of this. I only use for short periods of time, I don't know how long it would last if you were using it daily for Hrs at a time. A good bit of kit.

This torch is very good value for money, one of the handiest items to have working in your house -or your car- well designed - sturdy - good, bright light, with the facility of a straight pointing beam, or a a full expanse of light giving a broader area field of view - for the money, excellent- recommended purchase. My thanks to the manufacturers, their motto of lighting lives is very apt - somewhere - someday - this little gem may well save someone's life for a tenner !!

The instructions leaflet states AAA batteries but they should obviously be AAbatteries. Plus the description of the product when ordering stated batteries were included and they weren’t. Other than that when battery situation was rectified the product is now working fine, was packaged and delivered promptly and husband is pleased with the item.

Hubby over the moon with this torch/lantern which I bought to replace one we had for years but has 'given up the ghost' it gives out brilliant light either from the lantern bit or as a regular torch, we can highly recommend......

Excellent product for price

Brought as a gift for a mechanic. probably really bright just was a little disappointed it wasn't rechargeable, eats battery life a little fast and takes 4 AA batteries although cant fault it's handiness, magnetic bottom and fully adjustable as well as a hook to ensure you can be hands free!
