No they're not mirror lenses although they do look like it on the picture advertised

These are not mirrored but have a shiny surface so do reflect a certain amount of light.

Do they suit a 2ft head ?

Qualify 2ft head. I take a size 8 hat and they are a perfect hit. My second daughter (who is very discerning) tried to purloin them, so a good indicative.
