I’ve bought Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men more than once and use it as my go-to men’s multivitamin to support an active lifestyle and regular training. What I like • Good value on Subscribe & Save – I pay around £22 for the 180 count tub (one-off purchase is usually a bit more). • Lasts a decent amount of time – recommended 3 per day, so 180 tablets = 60 days (about 2 months). • Reputable brand – I’ve used Optimum Nutrition for years (protein/creatine etc.) and this feels consistent with their quality. • No issues for me personally taking them as directed (I take them with food). Worth knowing • The tablets are on the large side. I’m fine with them, but if you struggle swallowing big tablets, you may prefer taking them one at a time (morning/afternoon/evening) or splitting if needed. Overall, a solid, reliable men’s multivitamin and excellent value on subscription. 5/5 from me.

I have been taking these for over 2 weeks.. Increased Energy - Have noticed a good increase in energy throughout the day since taking these Consumption - Remembering to take x3 a day can be a challenge but is okay once in a routine Taste and Smell - Taste and smell isn’t great Size - They’re large so could be difficult for some to consume Sleep and Waking Up - One thing I didn’t expect these to do was improve my sleep which they seem to have done (I’ve never struggled with sleep but feel I have better sleeps since taking). - Waking up earlier doesn’t seem anywhere near as difficult as it was before I started taking these which helps you get motivated to get the gym. Price - If you can get past the taste, smell and size and focus on the benefits, worth every penny.

Good product especially if you are body buolding

These vitamins have been a solid addition to my routine. They’re easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed I feel less sluggish throughout the day. The blend of vitamins and amino acids feels well thought out, and they’re from a trusted brand. The only small thing is that the tablets are a bit large, but manageable. I really feel a difference in these. Let's me just jump straight out of bed in a morning instead of laying there wanting to go back to sleep. It says to take 3 per day but I'm active with work and the gym but no athlete so I just take 2 per day and still feel the benefits

Franchement, d'habitude je ne laisse pas d'avis. Soit je recommande, soit je jette à la poubelle. Là, ce produit méritait un retour. Dès la première prise, l'élan est revenu. Pas un coup de fouet, de l'envie, et une lucidité nette. Le brouillard est tombé. Au gym, le mur n'est jamais venu. En cardio, j'avais encore de la marge en m'arrêtant. Sur les charges, je suis monté à des poids que je ne pensais pas toucher. Le plus frappant, c'est le retour. D'habitude je rentre en survie ; là, encore de l'énergie et l'esprit clair. Et les démangeaisons ont disparu, plus de grattage, plus de boutons, plus de bouffées de chaleur. Le lendemain, les courbatures étaient là mais légères, sans commune mesure avec d'habitude. Côté libido, pareil : normalement il me faut des heures après une séance. Là, non. Les comprimés sont gros, mais vu le nombre d'ingrédients c'est logique. J'ai remarqué aussi que l'urine devient jaune radioactive, mais après recherche c'est simplement dû au dosage abondant de B2 qui fait son travail et qui sort. Bon signe, tout simplement. J'avais de vraies carences. Franchement, ce produit est TOP.

Après une semaine ,pas de changement, ni d'amélioration, ça ressemble plus à un placebo par rapport a ce qu'ils disent sur leur produit.
