This is the real deal, very sharp, smooth rolling
This is my 3rd Wartenberg wheel and the first two (other brands) were disappointing in that get were dull. This one is exactly what it's supposed to be: sharp enough that each pin is felt individually. High quality product and would recommend.

I can't stop laughing!!
This was an add on to an order so that I qualified for free shipping. I ordered it with my 10 year old son in mind bc he likes strange things and thought he would have fun playing with it. He is petrified of it!! LOL he had nightmares about it bc he said d it looked so creepy! It was also much sharper than I thought it would be!! The ends are as sharp as little finishing nails so def not safe for a child. I used it gently down my arm and it really is a great sensory item for adults to use or be in charge of using. It is very sturdy and a little heavy.

Very sharp and even painful, which shouldn't exactly be a surprise one supposes.
Liked it fine, but found it perhaps excessively stimulating.

Wheels are excellent for stimulation to the taint and testicles.

Great quality
Amazing quality for the price. Much sharper than the ones you can purchase at adult stores.

They are good but...
They work good until they get caught. If you don't mind the scratching they are fine. They don't glide well and the wheel stops moving while going across your skin causing it to scratch

Too sharp for sensory testing.
This was way too sharp in my opinion the picture didn’t even show how painfully sharp it was. Maybe for a bedroom you could be okay for those that like pain but could never be used in a dr setting for a sensory gauge. The wheel wouldn’t spin and would get stuck and you have to press really hard to try and turn it and even if you grabbed it with your fingers to avoid the spikes it still would catch and get stuck.
