So far, it's doing a great job of lowering my blood pressure. Easy to swallow. Definitely smells like beets, but I haven't had any upset stomach or other side effects. Haven't noticed any every increase or weight loss, but it's only been a little over one week.

Pretty good if you get them on sale
Expensive but pretty good. I can feel them about 20 minutes after taking them. They increase blood flow downstairs also.
