This bag is very convenient for clear ice storage. Much more heavy duty than average glad freezer bag.

More sturdy than the ziplock bag we were using, but I wished it was a little bigger to hold more ice. I do love how the bottom will hold itself up as it’s easier to unload my nugget ice bin in the bag now.

Ziplocs are just as good
So if reusable is your benchmark then these fit the bill. But: They are crazy hard to seal and they don't give any better results than a plain ziploc bag. Our ice cubes still had freezer burn. **EDIT: Company contacted me to see if they could help. They sent a new bag and it seems my first bag may have had a defective seal. The new bag closes a bit easier (not so hard that I'd complain again). I gave 3 stars because I'm waiting to see if the bag lessens frost on the ice, which is what I spent the money for. The company gets all four stars for contacting me and trying to make it better.**

Very sturdy.
I like making clear ice (small spheres and squares) to use in cocktails, and I make a lot to store for future use. This bag works well for the small spheres. I plan to buy another to store the small squares -- and maybe even a third to put frozen rose cubes in).* *Hey, I'm retired and really enjoying my inner Martha Stewart. LOL
