Easy to fit and works well. Maybe a slightly lower volume of water passes through it as the tube may have a smaller bore (internal diameter)? Functions and looks the part though and at, at least half the cost of some.

Whilst it says it is compatible with the WP-250, it is a lot bulkier and so does not fit in the holder. But it is easy to install and works well. The seller also provided correct measurements

Perfect for for replacement

Our Waterpik is quite old, and the water hose had degraded and broke off. I was going to throw the whole unit away, but my husband told me that it probably just needed a replacement hose. Cue Amazon. This hose fits perfectly and was a great price, It isn't an authentic Waterpik hose, but is perfectly compatible, and has saved our Waterpik from the bin!

I actually prefer the operation of this replacement part to the original as the default position is 'on' thereby placing less strain on the motor when switched on. It took less then 5 minutes to fit, just a couple of screws to undo and refit. Personally I didn't notice any difference in the water pressure (flow rate).

I was nervous at first because this was so much less expensive than buying the original replacement part from Waterpik. To my great surprise it seems to be very high quality. And most importantly, NO BAD SMELLS! I don't know where this is made but for the low price, I assumed it is made in China. But it feels like high quality, well made part without any hint of that Chinese toxic, chemical smell. The hose is nice and flexible -- much more flexible and supple than the original waterpik hose was even when it was new. It fit perfectly and was a quick and easy job to install.

I almost did not order this because of all the reviews stating that it does not have as much pressure as the OEM part. I use the highest pressure setting and would not be happy if it did not shoot water as forceful as before. I did not want to wait 2 weeks for Waterpik to send me a replacement part. I am glad I took a chance and ordered this from Amazon as the pressure in the replacement part is just as good as before my original broke. The replacement is easy to install and has worked great. I almost gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I was disappointed that the knob circled in red in the picture does not spin as easy. It still spins freely but has a little more resistance. I still gave 5 stars because I am not sure if the original part was a little looser due to years of daily use. I will update my review if anything changes but so far I am very happy with the new replacement part and not having to wait 2 weeks for the OEM and spend three times as much.

First the pros: its cheap, a lot cheaper than buying a whole new water-pik unit, its easy to install, pressure is decent (hard to say how that compares to the original) and it gets the job done. For that, it deserves at least 3-4 stars. So why not 5? Here's the cons: its a lot leakier around where you plug in the nozzle than the original, the button works differently than the orginal so it tends to squirt water all over when you pull it out of your mouth before I can shut it off correctly (but that could just be my not getting used to it yet), but those are all just little things. The biggest annoyance for me is that the handle doesn't stay in the holder. My original handle was more cone shaped whereas this version is more oval, so study the pictures carefully and compare closely to your old handle before ordering this product if that's important to you, as it is to me.
