One of my favorite products! Blocks out light while also allowing my eyes to recover after a long day. My eyes get dry from using contacts almost daily, so I use it overnight and it’s great whenever my eyes are tired. So convenient to use since you just have to open and it warms up on its own. Material is soft and strap is loose so I don’t experience any discomfort while sleeping with it on. Have already repurchased once and plan to do so again.

I read the other reviews on these compresses and decided this might be a good investment in time and money....if they worked. I am happy to report that they did. While some people put them on at night, I decided to try them in the morning, for I often wake up with dry eyes and want to keep the effect going during the day. Pros: (1) These compresses are convenient, and easy to apply. I keep them in my night stand, remove the compress from the scored package, gently open the folded mask and slip its loops around my ears; (2) The warmth is instantaneous, soothing, and long lasting. They are soft and wonderfully comfortable. I add an extra 20 minute to my morning routine to use these compresses, but what a wonderful way to start your day. I think of it as my spa time, for I'm snug as a bug in a rug while the soothing warmth relaxes me. When I wake up, my eyes are dry and feel gritty. After my "treatment," they are grit-free and ready for my morning. True, later in the day I add eye drops to my regimen, but I find I don't need them as often. I believe this might be because while enjoying the emitted warmth, I gently massage my eyelids to distribute the natural oils that the heated compress releases; (3) great to have along when traveling, especially on business trips. While away from home, I do switch my routine to a night application, but the effect is the same. Con: They're a bit pricey....but worth it. I highly recommend this product.

Love these. I have suffered with dry eye from years of wearing contact lenses and now post cataract surgery. I was told by my ophthologist to use hot compresses, but they were messy and a washcloth didn't hold the heat long enough. I also thought about getting one of the masks that heats up and can be reused, but was told that the heat and repeated used makes them susceptible to mold and bacteria growth, which can cause other eye issues. I found these and they are wonderful. I wash off my eye makeup as usual, wipe my eyelids with OCUsoft lens wipes, the light blue ones that don't have to be rinsed. Take two fish oil capsules and then put this mask over my eyes right before I go to bed. In the morning, I just throw it away. They are self heating and last the correct amount of time. They are soothing and block out light while I'm trying to sleep. Especially helpful when my husband is looking at his phone. This routine has helped my eyes so much. They are perfect, but so much better. I also use Refresh Relieva PF drops as needed, but have found I don't use them too often. The sandy gritty feeling in my eyes is gone, they still water some, but not nearly as often and not on the golf course anymore. These have helped me.

These are working very well for my father's dry eyes and discomfort. The mask gently self heats as you open its pack. You undo the paper loops to apply to your eyes and hook behind the ears. It applies a gentle compression that's very soothing and comfortable. They're flexible and not heavy, fitting easily ti the face. Then dispose when done!

These are amazing and feel great when you have a stye! They automatically warm up when you open them up and take a couple minutes to get to temp. They feel so good on my eyes and help to improve my eye when I have a stye. They’re perfect for on-the-go, too! While they are amazing and do a good job, they are not as good as a good old warm compress or the kind you heat up in the microwave.

I bought these for my tired eyes at the end of the night. I purchased because of the other positive reviews. I will go ahead and leave my own positive review. These things are great. They are warm and relaxing and help to keep out the light when needed. They are individually packaged you just rip open the package loop them behind your ear and the warmness get started.

The self heating warm compresses are very convenient and heat up nicely. I use them at bedtime and they are very relaxing in addition to helping to treat blepharitis, an inflammation of my eyelids.

I have severe dry eyes and have tried everything. After 2 weeks there is a noticeable improvement. They warm gently almost instantly on putting them on.

These pads are great for someone who doesn't have a microwave. They heat up fast and last a long time, I have had to throw them out before the heat dissapated was very warm too long.

Fantastic for tired and dry eyes and useable anywhere due to its self heating properties. The heat is good and lasts for about 20-25 minutes. Very good product and will buy again.
