I cannot say enough good things about this company. I ordered 17 mugs to give as gifts to my coworkers and each one was uniquely designed to reflect the recipient. Only one was not printed as I designed it and the company remade it and sent it to me free of charge. They are amazingly quick on delivery. I ordered them over a course of weeks as I designed them and some came in a few days, but none took over ten days. The boxes they are shipped in are super cute and each mug is secure in the foam interior. Not one was damaged. I will share a picture once I give them to my people.

purchased as gift. used stock text (sharpie marker font) from site and uploaded a jpeg image. clarity of text was sharper than expected & image quality was better than expected. standard shipping was quick & upcharge for better packaging seemed reasonable & believe ups could have drop kicked it to me without damage. would recommend

Purchased the mug as a gift for my sister. I was happy with the design and she loved it. It's a thoughtful and inexpensive way to show someone you care about that you're thinking of them. The overall size was perfect for hot drinks. Not too bulky or heavy. It's my first time designing a mug so it's far from perfect but I'll definitely send another as a gift because of the ability to personalize it.
