This is a fabulous device. I have owned probably 2 dozen power banks over the last 10 years. I basically always have one with me.No other power bank has provided me with complete peace of mind that I will never run out of power on the go. I use it to boost my phone battery when I'm using a high drain activity, like watching videos while on public transit. I use it to fully recharge my phone when I sit down at the bar or the movie theater, knowing I'll have a full charge for the next part of the night. I use it to charge low voltage devices like Bluetooth headphones case and my watch. I use it to charge my laptop at a coffee shop. In fact I don't even check if I've remembered to charge my laptop before leaving homr, because I know this brick has me covered.Oh but you forgot to charge your power bank, so you're basically screwed? The brick has you covered, it charges itself. You could go away on a weekend trip without bringing a power adapter, and you'd be fine.True fast charging, solid build quality, ability to charge two devices simultaneously without reducing output to a trickle.If you're trying to imagine it, it's about the size of a MacBook pro charging brick. It feels incredibly solid. Built in cord hasn't failed me yet over about 6 months of use. Very efficient use of space, no part of it feel like extraneous plastic casing, not even the place where built in cord is secured. You could crack walnuts with it.The only downsize is it's heavy, nearly a full pound. Sometimes I think about leaving it at home if I have less than an extended day planned, but I never regret taking it along. This isn't really a downside, you're investing in a multi device multi day workhorse.However, I wish there was a smaller version with 7500-10000 mah at half weight and thinner (rather than shorter), provided they kept the ac plug and the built in USB c.

This is perfect to carry with you! My cell phone's battery is just about to die. It won't hold a charge very long. This is perfect. I can carry it in my pocket/purse while I'm away from the house. Since I've read the charging stations at public places are not safe, I'm very happy with this. In fact, I'm getting ready to order one for my sister. Her phone's battery isn't holding a charge very well either.

My husband bought several of these as gifts for our family and now it's too late to return them. They're too heavy for our kids to regularly carry in their backpacks, rendering them useless. This might be good for a traveler who knows they'll run out of juice and doesn't mind lugging it, but it's not practical for grab and go daily use. It DOES make a nice replacement for the standard laptop charger, if you would be carrying that anyway. Mostly, I'm annoyed that we own two-too-many of the things and I can't return them.

You have to keep pressing the power button to stay on. Keeps shutting odd after 5-10 minutes.

We got these to make sure we could keep our daughters tablet charged while on a long road trip and it worked like a charm. We take both to use for our phones as well and it will charge up our devices pretty quickly and keep them charging if we're watching a movie our chatting with family. They work for our needs and we like them.
