I was using the pellets from a different brand and switch to this it’s my kittens first time using none clumping littler he went to the bathroom in it within a minute and I don’t smell anything great odor control and it absorbed the pee within seconds and it’s not dusty at all so it’s definitely safe for when your kittens almost 3 months old.

I was very skeptical about this product, I am pleased to state that it really works! I have a young female cat who has always had issues from an early age with the litter box (litter texture and scents) since I litter “boxed” trained (it was a low lipped training tray) her after their eye opened. I tried plenty from type, texture and litter scent and no scent, litter box covered and uncovered, invested in an automatic litter box ($500) to be sure she had a clean place every use, even a pheromone plug in for soothing and calming where her litter boxes were, a litter box set in the bathroom just for her, oh my gosh so much with little to no success. She kept going to the bathroom in the same wrong place. Finally, I stumbled on to Dr. Elsey's Cat Attract Clumping Clay Cat Litter, read a lot of information and reviews, and decided to give it a try along with changing the box from plastic to a stainless steel (I went with a high wall open top). It worked right away, first use!! It has been over a month now and she has been doing great with the change NO accidents. I didn’t notice any dust, it is very easy to scoop, hard clumping (so much better than Tidy Cat Multi-Cat) and I have no issue with odor. This product was really worthy of the value and peace of mind.

If I try to use any other litter, my cats will absolutely refuse. This truly helps to direct problem cats to the litter box. Biggest drawback is all the dust. It says it should be low dust - that has not been my experience in all my years using this product.

For the past three years we’ve had trouble getting one of our cats to use the litter box. Despite trying different litters and purchasing an automatic litter box, he would still pee outside/near the box. When packing for a weekend trip, I noticed that we were low on litter and ordered this Dr. Elsey’s Cat Attract litter, which arrived the same day. Upon returning, we were dreading the mess our cat had waiting for us, but we were shocked and elated to see that he used the litter box all weekend! He took to the new litter immediately and actively goes to the litter boxes. It’s been two weeks and we haven’t had to redirect him or clean his accidents - an amazing litter that we wished we tried years ago!

The cat uses his litterbox , the product forms hard clumps, low dust level ease of cleaning. BUT, I've been using the Litter Genie for 5 years and never had a problem with cat odor emanating from it until I began using Dr. Elsey's Cat Attract. I have tried adding litter tothe Genie whenever I add clumps to the it in the hope that it will make a difference, but it does not. I can walk into my room and I am immediately hit by the stench! I will go back to World's Best Cat Litter as soon as I've finished using this. As I said before. Never before have I had this problem until I began using this product..

I first bought this litter hoping it would get a stray to use the litter box. This didn’t work for that, nor another brand. What did for him was a bit of soil on top of the litter. He now uses the litter box without the soil. I am using this brand now because I used to use World’s Best Cat Litter Poop Fighter. The lemongrass made the clean litter smell great, but after my cat poops in it, his spicy poo seems to overwhelm the lemongrass. The kitty is adorbs, but his poo is overwhelming. This litter smells nothing of herbs as they claim is in it. I only smell clay. Which isn’t a bad smell. Surprisingly though, it keeps my cat’s poo smell much more neutral. Most of his mess also doesn’t sink to the bottom of the litter box like other litters. It does clump majorly, even for his pee. Some people would think it a waste. It does do a lot less tracking than the corn litter of World’s Best Cat Litter. I haven’t really seen any dust bloom when I pour the litter like some reviews say though. I don’t have any allergies that I know of, and no known for the cat, so I haven’t much to say in that department. Overall, I’m satisfied with this litter for now. It does the things I’m looking for currently – soil smell-neutralizing; no mess sinking to the bottom of the box; low tracking. The price is also a little less than previous litters I bought for the same weight.

Works everytime. I work in cat rescue and we use it all the time for cat peeing issues.

Like the other comments said, it just works. My cat stopped peeing in the litter box months ago due to an infection (we learned from the vet). She was still pooing there though. But then she stopped pooing and would only go on the mat in front of the box or any soft surface. It never occurred to Me to swap the litter. But we did after reading a Reddit post. And my cat has literally just gone back to using the litter box. Not sure if over time after her behaviour has changed to using the litter box, if we could return to using the old litter or not but we may try it down the road.

I had to rewrite my review! For 4 years my 7-year-old tabby has been pooping everywhere every night. Finally this lumping litter attract worked and for the first time I had no poop to clean up. The first night there was one poop to clean up which is usually two or three at least and last night there was none! I hope this keeps up Day 5 and still no poops on floor
