I have been on a puzzle high lately and my husband ordered me this one. It’s unique for a few reasons: 1) it’s up and down vs. landscape; 2) pieces are slick, in a good way to me; 3) piece shapes are similar so they seem like they fit when they don’t; 4) pieces are numbered on the back so it provides a guide to location which is very helpful. One piece was missing and we looked high & low. We were confident it came that way so my husband contacted Amazon (or seller, not sure which) for the missing piece (I know, crazy request), but seller sent us new puzzle and we returned Amazon the opened one, this was at no cost to us. The puzzle is frame worthy, it has a great aesthetic.

Such a great and beautiful puzzle. It really helped having letter zones on the back to break this puzzle into manageable chunks to work on.

I did not realized that it was plasticized pieces, and had those annoying letters on the back. If I had, I would not have ordered it. However, I ended up enjoying the puzzle.The only real drawback for me was that the picture on the box shows a matt finish, and the puzzle has a glossy finish. I prefer the matt finish, but the glossy finish did not significantly detract from my enjoying the puzzle.

this puzzle was TOUGH! although the grid on the back helped a ton. ended up framing it and hanging in our home and looks very good when completed.
