Yes you can use any wipes but I’m using water based wipes only because they are more gentle. You don’t need to buy anything separate everything is inside the box. I have been using it for 4 months now and I’m very happy with it.

Q: I have this warmer, and noticed yellow brown spots on the bottom wipes. They are not dried out though. Anyone else notice this?

Yellow brown spots at the bottom of the wipes is not normal. Always ensure to wipe down the inside of the unit at least once or twice a week and also gently clean the everfresh pillow. It is also recommended that you change the ever fresh pillow every 3 months

Q: What are the inside dimensions of compartment (length x width x depth)? I use a large size wipes for my elderly mom.
