I got good results after adding 0-46-0 and watering every day - the bushes love the stuff , Nearly 200 blossoms this year where normally the shrubs always struggled and the flowers mostly die. I added the phosphate late June and by July 4th the flowers exploded more than I've seen before! Absolutely beautiful results !! I re-add a little 0-46-0 after every heavy rain , or every two weeks , which ever comes first .. I added 3 to four handfuls spread out around the base , under the flowers (not near the stem), then I see many little white specs in the dirt , I rake them into the soil (or mulch) and immedetly water thoroughly. The next day another good watering, then every two days, now it's late July and very dry and sunny but the flowers are still there! They keep regrowing like new flowers every week .. It's really incredible , I am the only house in the neighborhood with real flowers, the bumble bees love it , the flowers are so full of nectar and it attracts all kinds of wildlife. I cut one of the flowers off, got some silica gel, and now want to dry and preserve one forever, since they are so full and incredible looking this year after using phosphate !!

Great product. I applied this to my bermuda lawn in conjunction with ironite a couple times this season and it's so super lush, even at 1.5" cut in triple digit heat all summer with full sun exposure only watering 2-3 days a week. AND, AND, I might add, it did so without causing my lawn to grow like crazy, like it normally would if you just dump a bunch of nitrogen on it. More green without more water or more mowing. I call that a big win.

It's a new style... Smells better... Nice white pellets... We will see how it works ...

This product delivers ... I use it in spring and fall so that the rain can break it down slowly and encourage healthy roots on specific plants. All plants are doing exactly as expected with these applications - no difference between this and other high-phosphate fertilizers I’ve used in the past. Fair warning to newbies ... if you have weeds when you apply, they will also benefit from the root development. Make sure you’ve removed any weed roots in the area before application, or you’re just adding to your weed problem. NOTE: I do not apply if I expect to have to use city water ... it doesn't dissolve as well in those chemicals.

I used this last year with an iron soil amendment before laying new grass. Year later, grass is beautiful. Im using it in the background. Ill update this once it starts to grow..

Purchased 5 lb. of Easypeasy Triple Super Phosphate assuming that it would be water soluble. Turned out that is was not. Placed a sample of granules in water overnight with no effect. Ground up granules with mortar and pestle then placed in water overnight with no effect. Placed granules in 9% vinegar overnight which partially dissolved them. Placed granules in concentrated sulfuric acid for two hours which finally did dissolved them. Added water to the dissolved granules, let set, then observed that the granules were not truly dissolved but turned into a fine power which precipitated out after several hours. No wonder it's so cheap. I assume that the product will eventually dissolve in acid soil after some weeks, months or years. I don't recommend this product if you can't wait. Follow-up. Found an article on the Internet that said TSP will not dissolve easily in high calcium and high pH water. The tap water I was using was high in both. Tried distilled water and found that over several hours with agitation, the TSP did mostly dissolve into a precipitate. I think this mostly explains why users were getting different solubility results.
