Writing review after 5 days of use- purchased product in nearly 10 kThis is a good product and i got installed in 2 days after delivery.Initially had looked for SGS series but After lots of search I called AO smith customer care and came to know that this is the latest model in AO compared to shs series if you are planning for 15 liter then its the best geaser for 4 members family.Best thing is it had multiple modes which can be adjusted according to your needs.

Good product as I have already using one ao smith geyser I ordered for the latest one for second bathroomInstallation technicians are not properly trained second time they did put water pipes twisted and when asked to correct it they refused to do it straightI have to do it by myself after the installation as the pipes are going curled and the pipes are folded after few days of useCareless behavior of the technicians
