Great glow and good quality
These glow really nicely and are pretty good quality. I did not have a problem when them ripping as other reviews noted. The blue has only a faint glow but the rest look amazing

Paper like material and not very durable. We pulled the tops off of several trying to unravel them but only used for a birthday party so for the price I wasnโt upset and it came with so many we had plenty.
