Only one issue - disconnects from iPad Bluetooth
the only issue with the charger is that it disconnects the pencil from the pad when placed in the charger. the charger works great. I use my pad on a desk mount that grabs the top and bottom via a spring arrangement to keep the pad at eye level…and then a Bluetooth keyboard. I have to take the pad off of the mount, affix the pen to let it connect and then put the pad back on the mount. A chore. but still more than worth it to have it.

KILLS YOUR APPLE PENCIL BATTERY COMPLETELY
I was excited when purchased my first charger, and since I have 4 pencils, I bought two more of these chargers. Two chargers killed two pencils after charging for about 4 days.. so it's not a fluke. TWO dead pencils -- they now constantly show 0% charge when connected to an iPad -- many iPads tested, as you might have guessed. Same symptoms described by other reviewers. This is a flawed $20 product, which will kill your $130 pencil. DON'T BUY, and if you already have one -- DON'T USE IT!

Exactly What I Needed!
It charges my pencil quickly, and the magnetic connection is strong and secure. No constant adjusting or slipping off the charger, unlike with other wireless options. It’s also really convenient having the USB port built in so that I can charge another device at the same time. Sleek design, works great, and makes my charging setup feel a lot more organized. Highly recommend

Doesn't work with Apple Pencil Pro
The "Intelligent Charging Indicator: An intuitive LED indicator displays the charging status, blinking green for 3 seconds when powered on, breathing light when charging, and solid green when fully charged." does not work with the Apple Pencil Pro. The light flashes for a second, then stays off with the Apple Pencil Pro docked in it. Cable is USB C to USB (B); IMO, would be more useful with a dual end USB C.

It works.
Stupid me I read the reviews after I’d ordered it. Some said it had fried their Ipen. On opening it and reading the instructions to stop charging at 95% I put it I’m my drawer full of cables, chargers, adapters and other paraphernalia that I’ve collected over the years. I did try it for a while and it was charging but I stopped it after a few minutes, my Apple Pencil being too expensive to risk destruction.
