This product is quite a disappointment. I have seen good reviews and decided to give it a try but the quality control and customer service is just terrible. I have reflected the quality and concern of the product via email as they stated on the back of the package, I am extremely disheartened that I received no response after 3 days. Please see the video and the picture of how the oil and pigment of the gel is separated and will not mix after shaking. The colors are beautiful and are 'similar' as advertised but there is still 2 to 3 shade different. I will be returning the item as I don't think the quality is worth applying on myself or the clients.
