*NOTE: ex-Starbucks Barista here* As noted, I worked at a Starbucks for a while, and got big into espresso drinks. I no longer work there, but wanted to make more espresso drinks. I ordered this setup to brew pot coffee along with espresso. To start, the pot coffee has great taste, runs well, and is easy to clean. No complaints. Espresso, however, exceeded all expectations. It takes pods (kind of like Keurig), and it is just like in the coffeeshop. You can choose standard espresso, lungo (longer shot), or over ice shots. The taste is perfect with the Starbucks pods, and the quality is top notch. Pros: - Great quality coffee and espresso produced - Easy to clean - Plenty of options, even a frother included - Beautiful aesthetic in the kitchen Cons: - Not super cheap (but much cheaper than pro grade) - Doesn't come with a milk steamer - Can only pull 1 shot at a time Overall, awesome machine for many needs. You get what you pay for (and more imo). The packaging is good when it arrives, and is easy to setup. 100% would buy again if ever needed.

This is my first time buying anything from Ninja I have had a Kuerig for a long time but couldn't get a strong cup of coffee. So I tried a Tinana brand Espresso machine but it still didn't produce a very good espresso no matter what I did. I saw this an decided to give it a try an I am very happy to finally find a coffee machine that can give me both a strong cup of coffee and a strong cup of espresso in the same machine. The only problem I had when first using this Unit was when I tried to make a pot of coffee using the paper filters it came with because I thought I had a defective machine when I found water coming from underneath but it was overflow from the filter even though I used only the amount of coffee it said in the instructions. The filters were only good for a cup of coffee not a pot of it which is why I think a lot of reviews about it leaking water is because of the filters it comes with. I have bought some reusable filters that work great with this on this site I would definitely recommend this system to everyone it is definitely worth the money spent I will update later if anything changes. I have been using the Reusable Filters an have not had anymore water leaking from the bottom of the machine. I have tried everything that this machine does an it has been an excellent machine I finally have a machine that produces a strong pot of coffee an single cups an espresso. I have ordered the Bluecup refillable espresso pod starter kit so I can use my own coffee to make espresso because the non refillable ones are getting expensive. I will update once I receive them an tried them. Update: I got the Bluecup refillable an they work great with this machine I have been using them all the time an are able to get a strong espresso cup of coffee an I have been saving alot of money making my own lattes an other coffee drinks. So buy this one it's a good investment. Update: This machine is still working as good as the day I got it I have had no problems with it. It is going on a year this coming April and it is working just as good as the day I got it I have made multiple pots of coffee an I have made numerous Lattes and Capuchinos an everything has been nice an hot. I have bought reusable pods an filters an there has not been any problem using them. I use this machine multiple times each day an every time it has performed beyond expectations I highly recommend this system an will someday if needed buy another one. Also I use filtered water in it at all times which maybe why it is still going strong. Update: Still going strong it will be a year next month an everything is still working the same as when I first got it. I will need to clean it next month for the first time an see if it changes anything if there's any changes I will update again an let you all know but so far this has been a great investment. I have read all the bad reviews an can only guess that with anything you buy that some are lemons but fortunately my isn't. Update: Well folks this coffee machine is still going strong it's been over a year now since I first got it. And its working like it was brand new I use it every day I make a pot of coffee an if I don't drink it all I just turn it on the next day an pick the kind of coffee I want but I just push the warm button instead of the big button an wait 15-20mins for the coffee to warm back up which it does an gets hot enough that it burned my lip after I poured a cup. The espresso is also the same way hot every time even the foamer on the side is still working. I love this machine an will buy another one when this one quits working. This has been a great investment an has saved me a lot of money.

You know those notes that companies put in their packaging to encourage us not to return the item, but to contact them first? Here's how that's going. I purchased the Ninja Espresso & Coffee Maker & Barista System on 3/6/25 and it was received the next day (good job Amazon!) I followed the instructions on how to begin using the device, and unfortunately, immediately noticed a leak under the unit. I later found that when the water tank was attached, it would leak. Regardless of whether the unit was on or off - if the tank had water in it and was attached, it would begin leaking. My first thought was return it to Amazon .. but then I thought, you know .. I really like this machine. It makes a good cup .. and I've heard that Ninja's customer service is good, so I'll call the toll free number to get that process going. Customer service was quick and friendly and told me I'd be receiving an email with a FedEx label for returning my leaky unit. A day or two later, the email arrived and I sent it on it's way. That was on 3/19/25. It arrived in CA on 3/27/25. On the initial customer service call, I was told that once my unit had been received, they would be shipping out a new one. On 3/28/25 and after I saw that the package had arrived, I called customer support (who again was very nice) and I asked them to please check on the status of the order, as I'd not seen any updates on their website. The rep I spoke to put me on hold a few times but came back and said they'd spoken to a manager and would expedite the order. It is now 10 days after that contact, and I've still not received my coffee maker or seen an update on the order. It's this kind of 'dropping the ball' that makes people not want to deal with going through customer service .. but just sending it back to Amazon, which I could've easily done. So, if you're looking for a good coffee maker and want to try the Shark Ninja products, be forewarned you may get a leaky coffee maker. And if you do, I cannot recommend that you contact Ninja customer service, but just return it to Amazon - and please note the defect so that it does not enter the market again and cause someone else the frustration.

I’ve owned this Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista System for a few years now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best kitchen purchases I’ve ever made. I use it every single day, and it has been a total workhorse. After years of daily use, this machine is still going strong. I haven't had a single issue with it, no leaks, no mechanical failures, and it performs just as well today as it did when I first unboxed it. The build quality is excellent, and it’s clearly designed to last. The coffee quality is consistently excellent. Whether I’m pulling a shot of espresso or brewing a full pot of coffee, the flavor is rich and delicious. It’s easily as good as, if not better than, what I used to get at expensive coffee shops. The price was perfect, but the real value is in the money I’ve saved. This machine has essentially paid for itself many times over by keeping me from needing to head out to a cafe every morning. It’s convenient, saves me time, and saves me a significant amount of money each month. If you’re on the fence about getting one, do it. It’s reliable, produces café-quality drinks, and is built to last. I couldn't be happier with this system!

This product is amazing! It brews coffee within a couple of minutes and it features different setting options. It also has the ability to set a scheduled timer so it brews on the days you don’t have time to prep and make coffee. You have the option to use Nespresso pods for single cups or to make multiple different size pots of coffee ( 1/2 full, full pot, etc…). It has different brewing options such as classic, rich, or over ice. The hot plate ensures your coffee remains hot. I like that it has an open/close feature for the dispenser so the coffee doesn’t drip on to the hot plate when you pour yourself a cup. It features the option to clean the machine as well. It is very quiet and has a sleek appearance. I love that it has a built in frother that you can safely tuck away in its own compartment. Bonus feature… it comes with a measuring spoon!

Absolutely loved this machine. Uses grounds for multiple sizes 8oz - full carafe, hot and iced. Also uses my favorite nespresso pods for both hot and iced espresso. Problems: The side that uses grounds leaks, has leaked from day one. I found a small ramekin to keep under the mug tray to catch the excess water. While this is annoying, it still made great coffee so I dealt with it. Lasted exactly 3years and she died. The electronics seem to have given up, it will randomly start beeping and flashing and refuse to brew anything. So when choosing your next machine, know your investment has a 3 year term.

I want to start off by saying, Thank you to this company for making a coffee pot that last a long time. My first ninja brewer was bought over 5 years ago and it’s still going strong. I have been wanting an espresso & coffee pot for awhile now and I finally gave in with a nespresso machine and when it was delivered I was so excited. Until I went to try it for the first time and it didn’t work. So I had to ship it back. Broken hearted but determined to not give up. I then went back on Amazon and searched again and the first thing that came up was the ninja. Yes! Yes! Yes! I received it today and after I ran it through the clean cycle I started my first cup of coffee! It was done within seconds. I was so excited to watch it heat up and start pouring out. Yes! It works! The coffe is hot and I love how you can adjust it to whatever size cup or pot you want. It has a quick and easy clock set display and you can even delay it for your morning brew. It’s a little expensive, however I know this product last a long time so it’s well worth it. The size of the whole machine is no bigger than your average coffee machine. We have had this coffee maker for a few years now, so I figured it was time to write a review. I initially bought it for my coffee-loving husband so that he could enjoy a good latte from home OR a classic pot of drip-coffee. It truly is the best of both worlds. We have used this machine nearly every day for close to three years, and it has held up wonderfully. It’s super simple to use. I particularly love that you can program it so that it’ll brew your coffee at a specific time. We usually set it to be done brewing right before we have to head out the door for work, but it’ll also keep the pot warm for a long time if we end up taking longer than expected! It’s quiet enough that it doesn’t wake our six month old which is a huge plus. I also really appreciate that the machine is compact while not compromising on tank capacity. I don’t see us replacing this machine any time soon, but if we do, it’ll definitely be with another Ninja appliance.

Pour moi Ninja est la marque que j'achète quand je veut avoir de bon outils de cuisine résistants et perfectionnés. Jusqu'à maintenant je n'ai jamais été déçu de la marque. J'ai le Ninja Foodi XL, le Ninja Smart Cook system, la mixette Ninja, le robot cullinaire Ninja et même un petit pour les smoothie. J'ai aussi dernièrement fait l'achat de la bouilloire Ninja. Comme j'avais Braun comme cafetière et que je n'étais plus capable de programmer parce que quelque chose à dû sauter dedans. J'ai décidé de chercher dans les cafetières Ninja et j'ai trouvé celle-ci. Ma Braun n'a jamais bien été et elle était très difficile à programmer. Depuis que j'ai reçu ma cafetière Ninja je crois que j'ai dû essayé toutes les sortes de café en une semaine. Elle est tellement simple d'utilisation que même sans regarder le manuel on arrive tout seul à la programmer. Elle est tellement simple malgré sa technologie. Tout est intuitif et elle fait tout ce que l'on veut d'une bonne cafetière. Les capsules (Nespresso ***attention par contre elle ne prend pas les virtuo) sont facile à utiliser. Juste à laisser tomber la capsule à sa place. N'essayez pas de la mettre droite le devant de la capsule est plus relevée et c'est tout a fait normal. Une fois le choix de votre capsule et le café infusé vous n'avez qu'à la faire disparaître dans le récipient à capsules usées en relevant la clanche. Le contenant a capsule usées en reçoit environ 20. Moi par contre je vide avant. Il ni a pas de graduation sur la carafe à café mais ça la rend que plus simple et plus jolie. En plus le couvercle vissé est très facile a retirer et enfin ma main peu entrer dedans pour que je puisse bien le nettoyer. Une double cuillère de mesure a café est logée dans le coté ou il y a la carafe. Le récipient d'eau lui est très bien gradué et facile à retirer et à installer et il ni a pas de filtre à eau dégueux qui va moisir. Le contenant pour mettre le café est très différent des autres model. Vous pouvez le déposer sur le comptoir puisque le fond est plat et mettre votre café dedans. De plus il a beaucoup de trous dont 2 plus gros quand le couvercle est fermé pour bien distribuer l'eau au travers tout le café. Le café est bien chaud côté capsule et côté carafe. Et la fonction de garder au chaud le gardera bien chaud pour vous un long moment sans problèmes. Et que dire du fouet pour mousser le lait qui est excellent et facile à nettoyer. Mousse aussi très bien le lait de coco, d'amande, de soya, de riz et autres lait végétal. J'ai aussi remarqué que cette machine fait des café tout en force ou en douceur selon le café choisit mais qu'il ni a pas l'amertume désagréable que j'avais avec mon autre machine. Le prix est assez élevé mais c'est un produit Ninja donc vous ne le regretterais pas. Moi qui aimait le café j'en suis maintenant accro. Si vous cherchez une bonne machine fiable et agréable à utiliser en plus d'être magnifique sur votre comptoir cette machine est pour vous. Mon rêve serais d'être testeuse de produits Ninja c'est tellement les meilleurs. Mise à niveau. Juste un peu avant 1 ans j'ai eu un petit pépin. La machine a un petit problème. Je ais persuadé dans mon cas que ce n'est pas un problème récurrent. La machine ne donne aucun code d'erreur c'est vraiment un cas isolé. Et après avoir contacté la compagnie Ninja mon problème à été résolu en même pas 10 minutes. J'aurais un module de remplacement. J'ai toujours aimé les produits Ninja pour leurs résistance. Mais je les aiment encore plus avec un si bon service client courtois rapide et efficace. J'avais peur qu'en ayant acheté ici j'ai des problèmes mais j'en ai eu aucun. Je ne pense pas qu'il y ai un meilleur service après vente qu'avec cette compagnie. Si vous devez acheter une cafetière celle ci est vraiment celle que je vous conseille le plus 🥰

Es preciosa no muy grande, no eh tenido oportunidad de usarla de el todo, pero tiene las limitaciones justas que se leen en características... pods únicamente LINE la leche se debe calentar previamente y recomiendo filtros y pods extras de acero inoxidable para poder usar cualquier café expreso o regular sin batallar

Es excelente, nos gustó el diseño, tamaño, muy fácil de usar y lo mejor, el sabor del café es extraordinario, muy recomendable.
