Better sounding speakers for what the price suggest.
My expectation was not too high for the price, as I didn't want to spend fortune on speaker replacement on the old car. The factory speakers were great, but all the foam surrounds were torn away from the metal housing, causing the sound to be distorted, and I had to replace them. The mid-bass is okay, not much better than the old stock ones, but high's are silky smooth, and very clear. Not really an upgrade sets, but rather, they are perfect replacement of the broken stock speakers.

Thoroughly impressed
These speakers sound great. I mated them with a NESA 400 4ch amp with an AVIN deck in my 04 Range Rover. It takes a lot to impress me with car audio and these have thoroughly impressed me. And the price? Yessir! I'm going to try to find these same speakers in 5.25 for my old school Bimmer. I highly recommend this component set.
