As soon as we took it out of the package the ear fell into the head. No of the controls work. Super disappointed birthday girl.

The toy is entertaining and my daughter is attached to it. It is fragile and not of very good quality. The first one was received with ear not in its head. We did not take it out of box but there were some of the ties or fasteners were already removed. This was indication to me that it was a return sent back out. We sent it back and received another but one of the drive wheels don't work. Tried to get a replacement through Amazon but they could only offer a refund and said I need to contact mfg. I emailed them and tried to call. They never responded to two emails and the phone number is some company that has answering machine that connects you through a menu that tells you they are closed. No matter what time you call. I can't return for refund because my daughter is attached to it even though it doesn't function properly.

Even though my daughter likes it, it’s not easy to use. The problem is that it stopped working about a few months. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to contact Amazon. Amazon refuses to help because it’s outside of the return window.

Ordered for a birthday present and when received item it was in a plastic bag inside a brown box. Item was dirty, marks all over it, disgusting! Ears were broken off, missing one leg. Shipping box was NOT damaged meaning it was purposely sent this way. Can’t believe I was even shipped this item for $70..

Back legs won’t work. It sounds like it’s moving something inside but the have no movement.

Overall terrible quality out of the box, low capacity battery. Do not purchase.
