This packet of 3 has come in handy more than once. I've used it on old intricate latches, and on an old Eagle mirror, where I had to repair portions of the wings. I even got a large mirror at auction for only $4 because the gold had come off in spots and no one was interested in it. I was able to repair it easily, and it looks great over the fireplace now. I'd suggest getting the packet of 3 because just one shade off and you will notice it in the final product. A little goes a long way, a dab is sometimes too much, so use it sparingly. Super easy to use, with eye popping results.

Awesome product. Great selection to make sure you get the color you want. I’ve used this for years on gold mirrors to fill and repigment anything you want to use it on. Can even be used to add a gold stripe a glass etc.

These metallic paints are wonderful. Go on so easily and produce just the right amount of shimmer. Was looking to rehab an antique dresser with carved wood flowers and beading that was loosing its luster and the Grecian gold was a perfect match. A stiff brush worked best for this use. A little goes a long way!

This stuff is pretty awesome to use. I have noticed that when using it on hardware for furniture, it’s best to give it a good scuff sanding otherwise the rub n buff won’t adhere properly if the object is super smooth. I gave four stars just because these 3 golds are pretty similar, would’ve been nicer to have a wider variety.

I am now addicted to this product. I purchased it to highlight some picture frames but find myself using it for so many different projects. I like the different shades of gold and will be purchasing a tube of black. This can be applied with a brush or soft cloth but I usually just use my fingers. If you apply too much, you can wipe it off with a rag if you don't wait too long. Definitely recommend!
