Incredible
It's just mushroom powder but it is a delicious richness added to any soup or sauce where you want a little more rich flavor, such as ramen or soup. This company is fantastic in general, their miso furikake is divine with this mushroom powder in chicken soup.

As a taste of umami
This is very much a seasoning you add when your favorite dish is missing something, its a background flavor. I deducted a point because its in a zip lock bag.
