The brush should only fit on the base one way, but it would be facing away from the wire. Hope that helps.

Q: What is the difference between the motor & battery on this one and the pro 3 ?

The Vitality Plus takes 16 hours to charge, and the battery lasts up to 5 days. The Pro 3 3000 takes 15 hours to charge, and the battery lasts up to 14 days. Your Oral-B Team

Q: I ordered one of these but how do you charge it it isn't showing any light should light be turned on while charging ?

There is no light when charging. Just simply plug it in when expired/expiring and 24hrs should see it charged ready to go.

Q: What's the battery life like? How often do you have to charge it? (Brush twice daily)

I got this in February 2023 and haven't changed the battery yet. Also I'd say once charge fully, it can last approx a week before having to be charged again
