Not quite. You can see from the display there's a hardened support in the toe but it's made of acrylic resin instead of steel

Are these tactical? can I run jump, crawl, and climb in them?

Having been a big runner in the past and now a big walker, I could not recommend them for running. Crawling, climbing,and jumping could be accomplished. Great slip resistance
