Can this run a 12v 5a pump

If the pump is constant voltage, this driver can be used.

This power supply has two output leads. Does this mean it supports 200 watts on each or it the 200 watts split as I have two 16 foot led strips.

Each output leads supports 100 watts. If this power supply supports 100 watts or more, two output leads need to be connected in parallel

Is the case grounded?

The 3 plug plug at the input is already connected to the ground
