hope never to use it but glad to have it
Its good quality with the essentials, I have added extra pieces for the type of out door activities undertaken. It has room to fit extras in. For the price you cant go wrong. pop it in or on your rucksack or belt, or in the glove box of your car just in case.

Excellent IFAK
This kit is excellent. 2 x pressure bar dressings and a vacuum sealed tourniquet. As well as other first aid items and case. Excellent value, would def recommend.
