can you connect this directly to electric connector block with 220v?

Dear Amazon Customer: Hello,Thanks for your question, COBLED strip is a low voltage product, you must use the power supply/adapter, please do not connect the COBLED strip directly to AC110V or AC220V power supply, otherwise the LED strip will be burnt out.You need an external power supply with enough power, i.e. for 24V/45W, or 24V/50W etc.

can you link two of these together for a total of 10m?

And you can connect them with COB connectors or welding.Our COB Strip is low voltage, which has a pressure drop, the longer length, the more obvious pressure drop, so we recommend use 1 to 2 splitter cable to connect 2 strips in parallel, which can stay same brightness, not in series.

Can I wire this direct to the 12V supply on my boat (from liesure batteries)?

Depends how good your regulation is. If you supply goes upto 18v say when generator is running, they will get very bright and fail prematurely. I would use a 12v regulator with a low drop out voltage.
