What is the biggest backing pad that can be used on this?

I wouldnt go bigger than a 3" but it will take whatever size you want with the same thread size

What is the thread size on the backer plates and do you sell them separately? Looking for 6mm-1.0?

They have attachments for both common size threads for backing plate so you'll be good to use 6mm

Is this waterproof, or somewhat waterproof (as long as the battery area is not submerged) ? Thank you.
