Cup holders are well made with wide elastic band that offers extra stretch for a wider cup. Wish the cup holders were a little deeper but it still works well. I love the amount of storage and space in this backpack. I was worried when I first saw the price but I decided to try it out anyways. The backpack itself is a nice material and it sits well and comfortable on your shoulders. There isn’t much restraint and the straps are padded well. I will say I was expecting the charger on the backpack to be like a portable charger that you just charge and then you can plug your phone in on the go, but weirdly enough the backpack has to be plugged in to charge anything. I ended up just plugging the backpack into a portable charger and using that way. Bummer the backpack isn’t built to be like that in the first place! Oh well, that’s what I get for not reading everything. Other than that mild disappointment I love love love this backpack. It’s absolutely adorable and fits everything I need for school in it

This item arrived ei5in days and was really the perfect pack for international travel. It meets the size requirements, has ample room and a number of sensible pockets and looks really impressive.

This was a great backpack to travel with. Spots for laptop, iPad, and other carry on items. Made going through security easier. Super cute and comfortable to carry. Love it!

I like how this backpack looks however it is too big for me. IF I am going somewhere and have to carry a lot of things, I would use it but as it is, it sits in my closet. It has a lot of room and what I liked is the color and that I could carry 2 bottles of water with it. However where I am a "always a backpack girl" at 71 I much prefer my crossbody one for everyday trips. This is a really nice backpack however.

My college aged daughter loves the unique color and style of this backpack. She feels the laptop computer compartment is a great size and the waterproofing fabric will be perfect for her at college. It doesn’t look like everyone else’s so it won’t be mistakenly picked up by another student. Also recognizable if stolen. We also ordered the smaller matching pencil/cord storage. She’s also currently using it while traveling to store her iPad. Just a wonderful all around product. We’ll see how clean it stays (lighter fabric.)

This bag was perfect in all the ways for my needs. I loved all the pockets and different compartments. The reason I returned/exchanged was for a darker color because I wouldn't have been able to keep the light-colored bag clean/pristine in my line of work. This brand has a wide variety of bags and is of great quality. Would definitely purchase again.

I got the Khaki and Pinkish Beige backpack, and I love it. There is a nice, cushiony feel to the straps and back part that helps a lot when carrying a heavy backpack. My laptop fits perfectly, and there are lots of functional compartments inside. Overall, it’s cute, comfortable to wear, and functional. I’m very happy with the purchase.
