Excellent filters however beware of the size! I mistakenly ordered this one but our water fountain needs large size filters :/ read the description well

I tried many cat fountains before this one... it was hard to locate it if a fountain has a cable, that's why I started to look for a wireless one when we move to a new house. I checked many different fountains, most of them doesnt have a proper drinking area, I tried one but my cats didnt like it. some of others doesnt have a reliable sensor, cat comes but water doesnt :) and I also observe battery issues with them, not long lasting as promoted... finishing in 3-4 days. Anyway, this product is awesome, it is as promoted, water flows nicely, battery is good, drinking area is very nice. I am happy to find a good fountain after a lot of trials... thanks to amazon, I could try and return several fountains:)

Once I socket the filter in the water .. small black dust came out and stained the bowls… I’m not sure if this is safe to use for my cats

I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve tried maybe 5 different water fountains and this fountain is PERFECT for cats who think fountains are toys and try to remove the lid. It has two lock-in clips on the sides that keep the lid in place so he couldn’t get it off. And it’s so quiet. Highly recommended!!!!

The petlibro fountain worked great first two weeks, cats loved it. Since changing filters, (and washing all the parts in the same way I did when installing the fountain) both cat's have refused to drink from it. Filter was changed 4 days ago, and I've swapped it out for another from the same pack (and cleaned everything again) with no improvement. I don't know what's in it, but the cat's do not agree with it. Was able to raise a ticket with their customer service a month ago. They told me to clean with bicarb and lemon. Well that just scratched the hell out of it (I used paper towels, nothing rough) and the cats still dont prefer it. Repeated follow-ups to customer service are completely ignored. It's a shame as I enjoy their other products. Check the reddit reviews, you're basically on your own with any of their products.
