I purchased these for my 80 year old mom. She has lots of aches and pains. She already had a gel ice pack, but it was big and bulky. My mom has pretty severe restless leg syndrome. While she is on prescription meds, she still suffers from it I had recently read that putting ice packs under your calves before bed/while you sleep can help with restless leg. I purchased these for her as they are flatter and easy to use for this purpose. She said it is really working for her!! The only comment she had is that they stay cold, but are almost too cold at first. I had her just drape a lightweight hand towel over them, and that solved the problem. She likes how they are flexible and easy to store. It was also a good value as there were two in this pack for just a few dollars more than similar singular ones. It is always nice to find something that not only works, but is also a good value.

I love these. The size is great, like a legal pad, but it's easy to fold them in half, or thirds. They stay very malleable because of the texture of the gel inside which is denser than other ice packs, but don't lose their shape and get all winky due to the reinforced construction of their sections. The plastic cloth of the pack itself is super sturdy and soft. They freeze fast. My only gripe is that they lose their temp faster than other ice packs. Very good purchase. Six stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband has chronic back pain and is never satisfied with any reusable ice pack I've ever purchased. Until now - he loves this one! It gets cold quickly and stays cold a long time. It is nearly flat to lay on and covers his entire low back. The only negative is it takes up a lot of room in the freezer if you lay it flat to freeze. But otherwise, it's a winner, for once! Yay me!

These pads are flat, comfortable, and do what is advertised with ample coverage span. Quick to chill (or heat) and are wonderfully flexible to stay in place. As with any pad, would love that temperature last lots longer, but to be fair, no brainer, I just switch out with the extra pad received. Would purchase again. Bonus is that you receive two!

Use a towel to cover or buy a sleeve for it

These work very well. They don’t stay cold as long as the ones that cost 2-3 times the price, but they do stay cold for almost an hour.

Very good and very cold. Be sure to use some cloth between this and skin for protection.
