Is this product flavorless?? I would like to know because the last one I bought had this like sweet but lotiony flavor to it.

I would say it's flavorless. It is a powder contained in a gelatin capsule, so you notice a very slite herbal taste but you really have to look for it. By the way, I do recommend these as they have helped me. I would also recommend Hemirid ointment.

This didn't work, how do I get my money back

I would contact Amazon about a refund. Do not contact the company directly. They are impossible to deal with! HOWEVER! You have to give this supplement time to work. I have been using this for over a year and it helps me greatly! It takes several months before you see maximum benefit. It may not help you but you won't know if you don't give it time.

How do we get warranty information?

I think it is on the company's website. But be warned the company is a nightmare to deal with. I would not plan on a warranty Lol. Good product though!
