I picked this up to add some cardio to my body recomposition routine and for the price I am honestly amazed at the quality of this jump rope. It feels very sturdy in your hands and the weight gives it a really nice feel when you are getting a good sweat in. It is also incredibly easy to adjust the length to fit exactly what you need without having to deal with any complicated tools or cutting wire. The self locking mechanism holds tight so it never slips while you are jumping and the cable really is tangle free just like it claims. I have been using it pretty heavily for my workouts and it holds up great without any issues. If you are looking for a solid rope that does not break the bank this is definitely the one to get.

This jump rope is so much fun to use. It spins fast and smooth so it does not tangle. The handles feel good in my hands and are easy to grip. The weight helps me get a better workout. I bought this in July 2024. Never used it. I decided to finally break it out after getting tired of running. Both ropes are relatively the same weight. The black one is longer by a foot or so. Sizing them sort of sucks. I refuse to cut the cables because I'm lazy but the excess out of the bottom of the handles isn't too bad. I've jumped every day this week for 11 minutes per day (this was Day 5). Outside on a tennis court without a mat. Look, it's fine. It's thin. It stings on occasion. It holds up well when I throw it in frustration. I can feel where the court is taking a toll on the plastic casing of the rope but for $12 (literally the same price in 2024), you get two speed ropes. You can't even buy a cheap one at Walmart or TJ Maxx for that. And it's better quality. I'd buy it again but my goal is to get good enough to move up to a weighted rope.

I’ve had plenty of jump ropes and this one is my favorite so far. The rope doesn’t jam or get stuck in the handles, it’s light any it comes with a replacement rope.

This jump rope is fun and very freaking FAST, especially if you’re new to speed ropes, so give yourself some patience (and maybe expect whip marks 😅). The bearings are ELITE and spin smoothly. While the handles are smooth, their shape allows for a secure grip, so slipping isn’t much of an issue even when your hands start to sweat. I still wipe my hands occasionally just to be safe! Adjusting the rope length was quick and easy, and honestly, the handles are the best part of this setup. I’m giving it 3 stars for durability. Even using it mostly on soft, smooth surface, the steel core starts to become exposed after about 6 weeks (3–5 times use per week). It does include a spare rope, but that one lasted about the same. I use it at max effort and for tricks, and while the bearings move well, the rope itself is fairly stiff and tends to tangle during trick work. Overall, it’s a solid piece of equipment and you’ll get your money’s worth for learning and having fun. I wouldn’t buy it again, but it’s a good rope for beginners or casual use.

The best jump rope tested so far (from a kid's word). The only, probably, complain is that it is wearing out relatively quickly but this is using the rope multiple times per week and hitting the concrete floor 200 RPM for 5-10 minutes. It comes with extra rope, which is good.

Overall I won’t be using it as it hurts when you hit your legs. Faster than a normal plastic rope but painful when you miss and it hits your legs.

The rope looks great BUT after using it only one, the self locking mechanism on one side doesn't work so I now have a new but useless rope! I tried to contact customer support and the email doesn't work. I guess I will be throwing this one away and getting a new one. What a waste of money...

Ya la tuve durante un año, la uso diario 30 minutos, las cuerdas si se rompen y si se queman como en la reseña más votada, pero es de esperarse cuando se usa tanto. Yo si la recomiendo, los dos cables me dieron un buen año de uso, la calidad es muy buena y no tengo mayor queja. Si tan solo vendieran los cables por separado, serian perfectas.
