Damaged transmission cooler line that is unavailable anymore.
Damaged the compression nut on my transmission cooler line. Lower fitting threaded fine and did not leak. Upper fitting bore damaged threads as it was tightened and leaked profusely.

good but transmission line fitting is tight
Good radiator all dimensions were accurate. The aluminum transmission pipes that go into radiator fittings need to be sanded just a tiny amount to clear the threads on the radiator trans fittings. It seems like the pipe will not go into the fitting due to the way they cut the threads. Takes an extra 5 min lightly sand the aluminum trans cooling pipe flanges and no problems.

RADIATORS ARE DEFECTIVE
I've ordered a 2004 jaguar radiator twice, each one was defective, missing parts or broken.

Excellent replacement for the Jaguar XF.
The plastic at the inlet in my original radiator basically disintegrated with no warning. Yanked the old one out and dropped this one in its place and it was right as rain!! Problem solved!!
