AW Les Paul Electric Guitar Hard Case Classical Fits Gibson Les Paul

I'd say this (AW Electric Guitar Hard Case for Stratocaster & Telecaster Style Electric Guitar Wooden Hard Shell Case) is a great case for the money but, really, it's just a great case. I've purchased several other guitar cases that the top and bottom don't line up correctly, or they are torn up, or they smell bad, or they don't fit as advertised. And, all of those cases cost a lot more than this! I highly recommend this case. As you can see it fits a telecaster type guitar perfectly. The latches and lid line up as they should and the handle is comfortable for carrying. The outside dimensions are great -- it is just the right size for protection and for storage. And, it does not stink! I am very pleased by this purchase. Oh, I forgot to mention that I ordered it on Friday and it arrived on Monday. I can't remember the last time that happened...

First of all, the case arrived 2 days earlier then the estimated time of arrival. This was great as I was taking the guitar on a local tour to show off to the local guitar shops that knew I built guitars. The case looked smaller than I expected but after I cleaned and polished the guitar I went to fit it in the case. It fit perfectly. Not too tight, not loose at all. Fantastic as I did not want this guitar to move around while going to gigs. It was a challenge finding a custom case that would fit the guitar I designed and built but this stock case did the trick. The only negative thins I could find were very minor. There was no key for the lock, but then I don't usually lock my guitar cases and I have other keys from the same manufacturer that work on it if I ever wanted to lock it. The other thing is that the accessory compartment is kind of small but what do you expect when the case is designed to be form fitting. No room for my strap but I will figure that out. Great case for the price. This is the second case I have gotten from this manufacturer and I am very happy.

Good enough for a generic case. I paid $89, which I feel is probably about $20-30 more than it should cost. It offers basic protection. Case weighs next to nothing. The lock is what you would expect. It would keep honest people out. You could open it easily with a bent paper clip. Then again, anyone who wants in that bad would just pop it off with a screwdriver. I tried 3 guitars in it and all fit about the same - loosely. They were Epiphone, LTD and a no-name Les Paul copy. Don't expect a glove fit. Padding is minimal. Throw a couple of old hand towels in the case for strategic placement to avoid your fiddle banging around inside. I doubled one up to lay under the body and another lengthwise over the neck and that secured them nicely. Overall, a fairly decent but overpriced beater case.

Its storage capacity is great and fit my guitar. It has really great padding. It serves its functional perpouse and then some. The padding is thick the shell not so much and it is the perfect weight.

Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this case. Looks great and it fits my Squier strat with the extra large 70s style headstock perfectly. The inside isn't nearly as plush as higher end cases, but enough that I don't worry if the case gets banged around a little. Now if I had $3k guitar and I was going to check it in as luggage on a plane, I'd splurge on something more expense. But for light duty work, and at this price, it's a great value.

I bought it for my Yamaha Pacifica. It fits, but it's not perfect. If, however, you place a cloth at the base end of the guitar, then it's a great fit, and the guitar doesn't move at all. I will probably add a few felt covered foam pieces to the base-side end to make the fix permanent (or I'll continue to use the cloth for years and continue to tell myself that I'll soon make it permanent). All that said, it's a wonderfully well-constructed case, and I'm very happy with the purchase.

My guitar fits perfectly within the padding and securely for the best protection. Looks sharp with clean edges. The closures easily open and close securely without fear of accidentally opening. Not the least expensive guitar case but worth every penny.

This is definitely better than your average "gig bag", it is a hard case, but a pretty thin one. Also, there really isn't any cushioning inside the top lid. Its like word covered in a felt like material, so it's soft, but not cushioned. The bottom half where the guitar rest is cushioned a big, it has an extra pillow cushion built in under where the body of the guitar rests. It'll keep your guitar protected within reason, but I would try to avoid too many unnecessary bumps. For the money, it's great. I bought it for my Firefly Les Paul classic and it fits perfectly.
