Magnet ring stand sticks well and can be adjusted to various positions. I had another magnet ring stand that frequently came off when the phone was accidentally dropped. I have not encountered this with ESR yet...

The hold is really good, the hinges are stiff enough, and the overall design is nice!I’m also thankful for the great customer service from ESR, they were eager to solve the problem I experienced at first and also gave me a little bonus to compensate that.Be careful with soft surface phone cases though. For some reason, all these MagSafe rings have the same issue - they might leave scratches on surfaces like leather, because the padding isn’t soft enough to have the thing rotated without causing hard to the surface.

I have purchased a number of different makes of Magsafe stand over the last month or so as I am often travelling for work via train and they are very handy so you do not have to support your iPhone if completing an email or watching the odd NETFLIX special however after a few days use they invariably lose tension and on my iPhone 13 Max Pro fail to support the phone either vertically or horizontally or simply fall over.The other issue is they often have a flip out leg that is too short so when used vertically the angle is too low.I think ESR have nailed it as after several days the tension is still holding and because they have 2 extending rings to act as the stand(see pics) you get a much better angle when used vertically and overall much more stability on both axis.The magnet is also quite robust compared to others.In essence a simple solution executed well, Recommended

First impressions were that this was a very capable and very versatile accessory. A little heavy and bulky but very useful nonetheless. It was good quality and solid with a lot of stiffness in the mechanism.After a little over a month that has all changed! The plastic back over the magnet appears to be very thin, poor quality plastic and it has become damaged. The stand is removed every night for charging so it is always cleaned and replaced every morning. The damage has resulted in a couple of sharp metal burrs which have resulted in scratches to the case. Luckily it was in a case, otherwise these sharp pieces of metal would have scratched a brand new iPhone 15 Pro! Don’t waste your money or damage your phone.
