I bought some smaller size ice packs and they were too ice packs and they were too small. They didn't cover enough surface and the size didn't hold the coldness long enough. So I bought these and they're exactly what I needed and wanted. I've had a lot of injuries in the past and I use them to ice my low back my foot my neck and my hip and leg. I cover it with something when they're really cold and then when they're about half cold I take off the covering and just put the ice pack directly on my skin it works really well. I'll give you a little tip that I did because I had a lot of foot pain and I didn't have access to ice to do a ice bath on my feet. I put two socks on my left foot and then I shove the ice pack in between the two socks and shaped it around my foot and ankle. It works great. I do it when I'm laying in bed sometimes I fall asleep and I wake up and take it off. Good price for the money and they really work well. Also they're not too bad if you don't end up laying them flat in the freezer and they're strange shape they are still usable and workable or some ice packs freeze too hard and if they're bent then they're not comfortable but these are great.

I bought these to use when I have migraines, which is often. I was a little worried that they would be too stiff and not plyable but they work fantastic and are flexible enough. The extra large size is perfect for laying on and it stays cold for a very long time. The bright pink color was just a bonus but it does make it easier to find in my freezer. Outside plastic seems really durable and these came well packaged and the box can be used for storage if you don't want to freeze them both. I highly recommend this brand.

These packs are a nice jelly consistency, I’ve only used them for cold and haven’t tried to use as heat. Frozen they stay cold for hours at room temp and seem sturdy enough that they won’t develop holes and leak.

The size is perfect and easy to use. The best part is you have two, one to use and one to freeze. I love them and order a second set.

Stays cold longer than most ice packs and is a great size for icing necks and shoulders!

Excellent cold gel pads. Soft and contour around your body. I bought adfitional so as I use the pair at the same time the other pair is in the freezer.

I had a knee replacement and have to ice 20 minutes every hour. I place one across my knee. It is long enough to go down the sides of the knee. Next time I ice I use the other one, so each has time to cool down after each use.

Great for sore muscles. Pliable.
