Worked just fine!
Mower destroyed my new install. This was a quick replacement. Cheaper than a big box store. Not to others. You can easily take them up before mowing. Here is to my 2nd purchase!!!

seems to do the job, but is expensive
items feels like it was made well and went on easy. It is expensive, but it was what I was looking for and needed it. Would look for cheaper alternatives next time.

Works but stays open
The first rain we had after installing this popup it stuck open. Upon inspection found that debris had wedged under the hinge. Had to remove to clean out the debris so it would close.I do like that the leaves do not get stuck and restrict the flow of water.

Great customer service
Arrived in slotted time. Product was as described. Be careful as the lid is rather lite and I tore off the cover on my first pass wit the lawnmower. Company stood behind it and set a replacement. I’m going to add some weight to the lid before I install this time.

Good working drain cover
I love these! I had the type of covers with the X, and the cap has a post that goes through the middle of the X. When we would have a hard rain the water wouldn't escape fast enough and and back up, and it would gush out at the bottom of the gutter down pipes, washing mulch everywhere. These with a hinge open more and have a better flow rate. We've had a couple of very hard rainstorms and my drains haven't backed up at all, causing the mulch to wash. I also haven't had any trouble with the mower sucking the lid open and breaking it, as I've seen in some reviews.

Doesn't Fit
The description says 3" or 4" . I have a 3" drain and this DOES NOT FIT. I measured this emitter and the opening is 4" diameter. The description needs to be changed.

Doesn't close
I bought 2 of these. One was in a package and the lid snaps closed as it should. The other one wasn't packaged and didn't close all the way. Asked for a replacement and same thing. I'll be probably returning that one as well.

A Superior Design
A superior design in that these are less prone to clogging, have a higher flow rate, and squirrels seem to chew less on them (I have to smear roofing tar on them to deter the hell-bent-for-leather ones).
