Q: Would this be a good match for electro voice zlx 12bt?

It should be, the elx200 is a 1200watt 18 sub with a built in cross over. I use mine with carvin 2x15" towers running 1500watts a pair with 2 elx200s sound great.

Q: what are all the parts I need to make this work with bluetooth iphone/pc

The speaker can be controlled via the wireless quick smart app, the audio input is through the XLR connectors. I have seen bluetooth XLR receivers.

Q: how good is the bass ?

For my usage of this unit - private parties/weddings, it gives that extra bass punch that helps fill the room alongside my RCF-525 speakers. Sound opinions are subjective, so what sounds good to me may not sound good to you.
