Where is this product made?

Hi! This product is manufactured in China. Out current stock was all manufactured in September 2019, if you are concerned about CoronaVirus contamination. Also, the province where the product is manufactured in is not currently under threat of contamination.

Amazon says it cannot be shipped to my addess (94403) and it cannot be picked up at an Amazon locker. Is there a setup error in your system?

Do you get 3 separate pieces or just one?

HI and thank you for your question. Each box has the three separate pieces that fit perfectly above each other and do not slip so you can use it to reach your cervical goal. There is three levels of care on each box, one whole block with three separate levels. I hope this helps.

What does the packaging look like for this product?
