High in magnesium like cacao is so it's good for muscle cramps, RLS, HBP and so many other things. Also has calcium and other nutrients. Sweeter than cacao or cocoa, makes a great substitute in cakes, brownies, hot chocolate, candies, wherever one normally uses chocolate.

I don't have good memories of the parent-suggested carob candy of my youth but this stuff is DELISH! I was wary of drinking real cocoa poweder (all those purported heavy metals) and gave this a whirl. I added some to my coffee, which was wonderful. And today I made a hot drink (water, tablespoon of carob powder and maple syrup, and whole milk), and I agree with the other customer who said they like it even better than cocoa! I'm (almost) there!

Tastes great! This is the second brand of carob powder that I've tried, and I am pleased with the flavor and texture.

Great product & fast shipping

Carob has no caffeine so I thought I would make hot chocolate with it at night. Unfortunately, it won't seem to dissolve no matter how hot the milk is. I will keep playing with it and see if I can get it dissolved with less powder and add it at the same time I microwave it, not after.
